All day Tuesday was spent at
ZingTrain, Zingerman's professional restaurant management training
business. Zingerman's co-founder and CEO, Ari Weinzweig, gave a presentation
called "Creating a Vision of Greatness for Your Business."
This was followed by an explanation of Zingerman's key personnel policies
by its head of human resources, Pat McGraw. The day ended with a tour
and explanation of the delicatessen's facilities. Tuesday evening
the group had its "Russians Night Out" at the Grizzly Peak
brewpub.
